A registration fee of NZ Dollar 200 is payable when you enrol at Bridge International College of English NZ . This is a one time payment. If you extend or change your course you do not pay another registration fee.
There is a one time payment of NZ Dollar 200 (accommodation reservation fee) for arrangement of your accommodation. The weekly accommodation fee varies according to the type of accommodation you reserve. If you choose Homestay, any unused portion of this fee is refunded if you find other accommodation. Two weeks notice is required before you leave your Homestay.There are no refunds, if you move out of a studio or apartment early.
All fees must be paid to Public Trust and credited to their account or must receive by Bridge before your course commences. You can pay your fees by bank draft by posting them to the address quoted below or by telegraphic transfer or direct credit to the following account:

You will be expected to attend your classes on time and regularly. If your attendance does not meet Bridge’s requirements or if your behavior is detrimental to the school, staff, counselors, Homestay apartment operators, contractors or to other students, you may be asked to leave the school and be dropped in the roll. In this case, your tuition and resource fees will not be refunded.
In compliance with the s236A of the Education Act 1989 and the NZQA student fee indemnification requirements, the full value of your outstanding fee is protected by the Public Trust (Fee Protect). Please take note of the following conditions:,
Student fees are paid into a trust account operated in compliance with section 236A of the Education Act 1989 and amendments, and are released as students study, in accordance with government policy on fees protection for international students. Fees include tuition, home-stay, living costs and other monies paid to or held by the school on a student's behalf. (unless the course is of five days, or a maximum of 50 hours' duration or less, or total student fees amount to $500 or less).

Early cancellation:
If you withdraw from your course with Bridge, cancel or reduce your course length based on the above-quoted schedule, Bridge will refund fees also based on schedule above.
Late Cancellation, Course change:
No more refunds will be effected, if withdrawals will be beyond the prescribed timeframe as reflected in the above-mentioned table. If you shorten your course after or beyond the timeframe as reflected in the schedule above, no tuition or resource fees will be refunded. There is no charge for course extension.
Cancellation of your course in the event of financial problems at Bridge:
The full value of your outstanding tuition fees is protected in an audited trust fund. In the unlikely event that Bridge International College could not deliver your course, you would receive a full refund of all outstanding fees, or have these transferred to one of our partner institutions to enable you to complete your course.
All withdrawals, cancellations and course changes must be received by Bridge in writing. Cancellation and course change forms from Administration Manager.
Students who withdraw after this time will not receive a refund except in special circumstances at the Managing Directors’ discretion.
Certificates will be issued to all students with 80% course attendance for the enrolled period of time. A Letter of Attendance will be issued to show the status of the student’s enrolment as part-time or as full-time for the duration of the enrollment.
2 weeks holiday without loss of tuition fees may be taken for every 24 weeks of study, provided the school is told 10 days in advance.
It is the responsibility of the student to ensure he/she has adequate Travel and Medical insurance. Bridge can help you with this if you want. In the event of a legal dispute, parties will submit to New Zealand law. Bridge will not be liable if services contracted for cannot be provided for circumstances beyond its control.
If a student is unsatisfied with the class, he/she should talk to the teacher, and if this is not successful to the student counselor or Director of Studies.
If there is still a problem, a meeting with all parties will be held.
