YOUR F1 BRAIN - GAS FOR FORMULA ONE PERFORMANCE

Your amazing brain is 2% of your weight but uses 20% of your energy:

  •     Its fuel is glucose (sugars). To keep it coming, eat a big breakfast - protein, vegetables, grains or brown rice. They slowly supply sugars continuously for hours. Then snack on fruit.
  •      Fuel needs oxygen (O2) to burn. Exercise to put more oxygen in your blood. Move around between study to get it to your brain. Breath deeply.
  •     Its electronic systems need certain vitamins (eg B12), minerals (eg potassium, lecithin) & omega 3. Eat eggs, fish, bananas, various fruit & vegetables & take a good multivitamin tablet.

The E-Magazine of Bridge International English School is sent out to students and subscribers every few weeks. We'd love to receive any news, photos or suggestions you send us also. If you would like to unsubscribe, please Click here .
