Stuart Sugden

Stuart is from Scotland and taught English in Thailand before coming to New Zealand in early 2003.
He has the Cambridge CELTA (Outstanding - A - pass), as well as a Diploma in Accountancy.
He enjoys contemporary fiction, church, politics and punk rock (just listening!).

Whether seeing a beginner smile when he first uses English correctly, or an advanced student making his point confidently, the language classroom is rewarding for both teacher and student".

Freya Burton

Freya is British & spent her teens in Europe. She speaks 3 languages, has a BA Hons (Cambridge University) and CELTA (A-pass) and was European manager of a multi-national company.

Freya is teaching "Office English". It's a unique, fun & practical 6 week afternoon course in English communication for workplace success. 

She's just bought a house "in the bush" with her husband. Her hobbies include cooking, "tramping" (hiking) and the cinema.             "I love learning languages and enjoy helping others to discover new languages too!"

Molly Cross

Molly is also British. She initially completed a Bachelor of Arts with Honours, followed by a British Secondary teaching qualification. She later spent a year teaching English in Tokyo to finance further study, completing a Master of Arts degree in Theatre, Film and Structures of Broadcasting and the Trinity College qualification in English language teaching in 2000.

Her language teaching experience includes work as Assistant Director of Studies in Shrewsbury and Director of Studies in Surrey, before she moved to New Zealand in 2002. She has taught mainly FCE and IELTS in two leading Auckland language schools, achieving excellent results.

Molly is a passionate teacher with special skill in motivating students and encouraging them to enjoy working hard.

 

Sarah White

Sarah originally qualified as as a British High School teacher before moving into English language teaching while living in Greece. She completed both the Cambridge CELTA and DELTA at the Cheltenham, England Polytechnic. She went on to teach there for 12 years.

 

These included several years as a teacher trainer and course leader for the CELTA course. She then spent 2 years working with disabled adults in literacy programmes.

 

Sarah moved to New Zealand with her husband in 2005 and they live on a lifestyle block in Pukekohe.  She is experienced in teaching all levels of General English as well as IELTS and Business English and teacher training. Her hobbies include travel, outdoor sports and genealogy
